Future of Wezwa FC
WE NEED YOU!
Wezembeek Wanderers (WEZWA) was started in 1990 by a number of enthusiastic parents. It has grown from there and continues to be a fantastic club offering a fun and friendly football environment for your children.
The current management team have been in place for several years and our children are approaching the end of their WEZWA journeys. At that point, as has happened with previous committee members, we will leave to pass the baton onto the next generation.
The current team will continue next season 2025-26 but we urgently need fresh blood on the committee to prepare for our transition out of the club. Without new committee members, the future continuation of the club will be in doubt.
Can you help? The time and effort required for the different positions varies. As an ASBL, we have 3 formal roles:· ·
- President
- Treasurer
- Secretary General
but also the current team look after other roles:
- Membership
- Training Coordinator
- Tournaments Coordinator
We also have committee members without specific roles.
